Erin Seaman

Erin Seaman has lived the majority of her life in Fort Collins, Colorado , graduating from Rocky Mountain High School . She has a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, where she was also a Division 1 athlete.

After graduating from UMKC, Erin took natural resources classes at Colorado State University before being hired by McCarty Land & Water Valuation, Inc. in February of 2003 as a research assistant and cartographer.

Erin has been cosigning with Kevin on appraisals for over five years and has earned her General Certification. Erin specializes in mountain properties and conservation easements. She has also been involved in the appraisal of guest ranches, transitional farmland and hobby farms.

Appraisal Organizations

Erin is a candidate for an ARA with the American Society of Farm Mangers and Rural Appraisers. She is rapidly progressing through the ARA course work.
